This is my families favorite Christmas time cookie. It just wouldn't feel like Christmas without these ginger sweet cookies.
Ginger Snaps
2 c. Sugar
1 1/2 c. Oil
2 Eggs
1/2 c. Molasses
4 c. Flour
4 t. Baking Soda
1 T. Ginger
2 t. Cinnamon
1 t. Salt
In a bowl combine sugar and oil, add eggs, then molasses.
In a separate bowl combine flour, soda, ginger, cinnamon, and salt. Add to wet mixture and mix well.
Roll dough into 2in. balls and roll in sugar. Bake 350 for 10 - 12 min.
