This is a cute hair do one of my friends does a lot when she goes for a hike or anything outdoorsy. It's a neat twist to an old do!

First, put your hair in pig tails.
(Horrible pic. I know but I couldn't get a better one. Guess it's not my day!)
Next, poke a hole in the middle of the hair in front of the scrunchy.
Like so...
Then, pull the rest of the hair through the top of the hole through, out the bottom.
And tighten!
There you go!
You can do this same thing with a single pony tail in the back
